Had an outstanding experience! Kivas customer service is unmatched! From the moment you walk in you to the moment you are getting your service done. Melissa did my injections and she was great! The reason I say this is I gave her a mess to work with and she went and above and beyond to make sure my lips were perfect. Not only did she make sure I loved the final result (which I did)!, her bedside manner is extremely rare to find! She makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way, and is very clean and sanitary! I highly recommend Kiva med spa, you truly won't be disappointed. Can't wait to go back for my next treatment! 😊

Kiva is 5 stars across the board. Everyone is very welcoming and Melissa, the injector, is so knowledgeable and advises you on what you need, not what you want. I sometimes forget that injectors are nurses first. The last visit to see Melissa, my low blood sugar caused me to faint in her chair. She cared for me, in the office, until I felt well enough to drive home. Fainting is always scary, and Melissa's bedside manner REMINDED me that she is a nurse first, and for that care she offered, as well as her methodical approach to her work, she is my only go to now for injectables. The whole staff is also really great especially Raylea, the sunshine you'll see at the desk. 5 STARS

Just went in today for lip filler… I’m picky and very nervous but they were awesome. Melissa the injector was very detailed and delicate. So far I love my lips… The office manager Raylea was sweet and helpful. Thanks guys will be back!💕

As a small business owner, I’m more strict than the average consumer when it comes to reviews as I expect perfection when it comes to earning/giving a 5 star review. Kiva is a business that definitely earns that review. Their service is both professional and personal. Excellent results from my Dysport and filler treatments which I secured through their monthly posting of specials on their Instagram page (definitely subscribe to that.) Finally, an extra word of appreciation to office manager Raylea (with the unique name, she knows) and Melissa the esethetician for her expert skills. Thank you ladies!

COOLPEEL™ C02 LASER laser comfortably delivers the benefits of a traditional CO2 resurfacing treatment without the prolonged downtime. By targeting just the superficial layer of skin tissue, damaged skin is removed revealing younger and healthier-looking skin. CO2 lasers have long been the gold standard in treating deep and superficial wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, clearing texture and improving tone. COOLPEEL™ can be used safely on all skin types. Darker skin types require more precautionary measures and expertise.

Unlike traditional laser resurfacing treatments, CoolPeel® uses a unique cooling system to keep the skin’s surface cool during the treatment. This cooling system protects the skin from thermal damage and allows the laser to penetrate deeper into the skin’s layers.

10-14 days you will begin to see noticeable results. Results are permanent, but we as humans are continuously aging. We recommend yearly maintenance for long lasting results. It is virtually painless. Patients are comfortable during this treatment. Downtime varies from 4-7 days. This includes redness, swelling, scabbing, and or sandpaper skin texture.

Prior to treatment Avoid the following: spray tanning, sun exposure, Retin A, Retinol, Tretinoin, Pregnant or Breastfeeding, and Antibiotics.

What to Expect From CoolPeel® Laser Appointment at KIVA MedSpa?

Before treatment, you will have a consultation with a licensed medical professional to discuss your goals, medical history, and any concerns. The area to be treated will be cleansed, and a numbing cream may be applied to minimize discomfort during the treatment. The CoolPeel® laser device will be applied to the skin, delivering short pulses of laser energy. It also has a cooling mechanism to keep the skin comfortable during the treatment.

You may notice an improvement in the texture, tone, and overall appearance of your skin within a few days to a week after the treatment. Your skin may continue to improve over the next several weeks as the body continues to produce new collagen and elastin.
