Had an outstanding experience! Kivas customer service is unmatched! From the moment you walk in you to the moment you are getting your service done. Melissa did my injections and she was great! The reason I say this is I gave her a mess to work with and she went and above and beyond to make sure my lips were perfect. Not only did she make sure I loved the final result (which I did)!, her bedside manner is extremely rare to find! She makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way, and is very clean and sanitary! I highly recommend Kiva med spa, you truly won't be disappointed. Can't wait to go back for my next treatment! 😊

Kiva is 5 stars across the board. Everyone is very welcoming and Melissa, the injector, is so knowledgeable and advises you on what you need, not what you want. I sometimes forget that injectors are nurses first. The last visit to see Melissa, my low blood sugar caused me to faint in her chair. She cared for me, in the office, until I felt well enough to drive home. Fainting is always scary, and Melissa's bedside manner REMINDED me that she is a nurse first, and for that care she offered, as well as her methodical approach to her work, she is my only go to now for injectables. The whole staff is also really great especially Raylea, the sunshine you'll see at the desk. 5 STARS

Just went in today for lip filler… I’m picky and very nervous but they were awesome. Melissa the injector was very detailed and delicate. So far I love my lips… The office manager Raylea was sweet and helpful. Thanks guys will be back!💕

As a small business owner, I’m more strict than the average consumer when it comes to reviews as I expect perfection when it comes to earning/giving a 5 star review. Kiva is a business that definitely earns that review. Their service is both professional and personal. Excellent results from my Dysport and filler treatments which I secured through their monthly posting of specials on their Instagram page (definitely subscribe to that.) Finally, an extra word of appreciation to office manager Raylea (with the unique name, she knows) and Melissa the esethetician for her expert skills. Thank you ladies!

How Does Clear & Brilliant Work?

Clear & Brilliant is a gentle laser skin resurfacing treatment that smooths skin tone and texture, reduces the size of large pores, and minimizes sun damage, brown spots, and uneven pigmentation. A single session is relatively quick, taking only about half an hour, and virtually painless. Best of all, Clear & Brilliant does not cause uncomfortable or unsightly side effects, like peeling skin or crusty sores. Most patients can return to their everyday activities without worrying that anyone can tell that they have had work done. In most cases, there may only be a faint red look to the skin, similar to a slight sunburn.

Treatment Process

Your KIVA MedSpa aesthetic technician will carefully and professionally perform your Clear + Brilliant treatment, which typically lasts about 30 minutes. After applying a topical numbing cream on your face, the technician will carefully glide the laser hand piece across the areas of your face you wish to target.

The actual treatment lasts for 15 to 20 minutes while you lay comfortably. When your treatment is completed, your technician will provide cleansing cloths to clean your face. There is no downtime; you can return to work or other activities immediately. Although some immediate results are evident, more appear within a week as your skin responds fully to the treatments and begins the healing process.
