The reason I say this is I gave her a mess to work with and she went and above and beyond to make sure my lips were perfect. Not only did she make sure I loved the final result (which I did)!, her bedside manner is extremely rare to find! She makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way, and is very clean and sanitary! I highly recommend Kiva med spa, you truly won't be disappointed. Kiva is 5 stars across the board. Everyone is very welcoming and Melissa, the injector, is so knowledgeable and advises you on what you need, not what you want. I sometimes forget that injectors are nurses first. The last visit to see Melissa, my low blood sugar caused me to faint in her chair. She cared for me, in the office, until I felt well enough to drive home. Fainting is always scary, and Melissa's bedside manner REMINDED me that she is a nurse first, and for that care she offered, as well as her methodical approach to her work, she is my only go to now for injectables. The whole staff is also really great especially Raylea, the sunshine you'll see at the desk. 5 STARS
