Had an outstanding experience! Kivas customer service is unmatched! From the moment you walk in you to the moment you are getting your service done. Melissa did my injections and she was great! The reason I say this is I gave her a mess to work with and she went and above and beyond to make sure my lips were perfect. Not only did she make sure I loved the final result (which I did)!, her bedside manner is extremely rare to find! She makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way, and is very clean and sanitary! I highly recommend Kiva med spa, you truly won't be disappointed. Can't wait to go back for my next treatment! 😊

Kiva is 5 stars across the board. Everyone is very welcoming and Melissa, the injector, is so knowledgeable and advises you on what you need, not what you want. I sometimes forget that injectors are nurses first. The last visit to see Melissa, my low blood sugar caused me to faint in her chair. She cared for me, in the office, until I felt well enough to drive home. Fainting is always scary, and Melissa's bedside manner REMINDED me that she is a nurse first, and for that care she offered, as well as her methodical approach to her work, she is my only go to now for injectables. The whole staff is also really great especially Raylea, the sunshine you'll see at the desk. 5 STARS

Just went in today for lip filler… I’m picky and very nervous but they were awesome. Melissa the injector was very detailed and delicate. So far I love my lips… The office manager Raylea was sweet and helpful. Thanks guys will be back!💕

Kiva is a business that definitely earns that review. Their service is both professional and personal. Excellent results from my Dysport and filler treatments which I secured through their monthly posting of specials on their Instagram page (definitely subscribe to that.) Finally, an extra word of appreciation to office manager Raylea (with the unique name, she knows) and Melissa the esethetician for her expert skills. Thank you ladies!

What is hydrafacial keravive™ used for?

HydraFacial Keravive™ is designed to help remove impurities and reinvigorate your scalp to help address hair and scalp concerns such as dry, damaged, or thinning hair, clogged hair follicles and dry scalp.

How often do I need to get hydrafacial keravive™?

For best results, it is recommended that patients have the HydraFacial Keravive™ in-office treatment once a month for three consecutive months, along with continued use of the at-home spray. A maintenance in-office treatment every 1-3 months is also encouraged.

Are there any side effects with hydrafacial keravive™?

HydraFacial Keravive™ does not require downtime nor recovery. After your treatment, you can continue your normal daily activities. This treatment is suitable for all skin types, is rejuvenating, gentle, non-invasive, and effective.

Is keravive™ combined with other treatments?

Keravive™ may be combined with many other hair loss treatments in our office such as microneedling. Many patients choose to undergo combination treatments in order to achieve the maximum aesthetic result.
