“Living Downtown I was beyond elated to see a boutique MedSpa (so clean) on the Summerlin strip in the heart of Thornton Park, so convenient. I’ve stopped by twice now and I think they’ve only been open for a month or so. The MedSpa is boutique with elevated service and atmosphere. I quickly ran in and had a b12 shot prior to the news today of this ongoing pandemic of 2020 and then with some down time got in for their chemical peel. The nurse practitioner was easy to speak with and decided the level of peel I should have. I haven’t had that many. With that, I left slightly red faced and taut which is the point and on 3rd day see the outcome coming to life. Fresh. And flakey to say the least. Staying out of the sun. Still putting make on for work and pretending nothing is happening. C’est la vie!”

The whole office is so welcoming. As soon as you walk in their beautiful med spa you are greeted with a smile by either Ashlei or Kara. They both are just the most sweetest and most inviting ladies. That is very important when you walk into a new place and already a little nervous for your procedure.

I’ve been to Kiva for practically everything they offer and I wouldn’t be a frequent customer/patient if the service wasn’t top notch. Rest assure you are in great hands and you’ll keep going back.

I’ve had My lips filled multiple time by Jess. She listens and creates the most natural full lips you would want. Her experience and technique is why I will continue to go back. Jess has filled my under eye, wow! You will love the immediate change!! Jess also did my Botox injections with an eyebrow raise. Her calculation and placement of the Botox leaves you looking refresh and youthful, not frozen or plastic looking like other places. I can’t say enough about Jess, she gave me such a confident boost… you’ll love her!

Jasmine is amazing … she’s so gentle and explains every step of the Microneedling PRP. She will leave your skin looking flawless. I just had my microneedling PRP procedure done two weeks ago and I am loving the results. I’m hooked definitely scheduling another. Can’t wait!
These ladies are not only professionals, but they have medical degrees, and they have the experience to back it up. This isn’t any facial spa place this is a license “medical” spa. I would not trust anyone else with my face other than Jess and Jasmine.

“I’ve been on the fence contemplating the idea of lip fillers for a while and was always undecided on whether or not I should go for it. Mostly, due to the fact that I was worried about the results being too “obvious” or “fake” looking – Which is why going to Kiva was the easy choice! I did my research and after following them for months on social media prior to booking my appointment, I couldn’t find anywhere else that did such an amazing job at making lips look this natural. When I entered the building for my appointment this morning (the space is beautiful, clean and tidy), I was promptly greeted and taken back into a room right after signing some quick paperwork. From beginning to end, I felt so comfortable and communicating what I wanted was super easy – Jessica was very receptive to my concerns, was patient in explaining the entire process and answered all questions that i had. She is obviously very talented, a perfectionist and took her time to ensure my lips were flawlessly shaped. Everyone else I met during my appointment (including the owner) was so friendly and professional.
